3. Reserve the Item:
To reserve the item of your choice and initiate the shipping process, full payment is required. Payment is made via SEPA bank transfer to our designated corporate account. Please be assured that all payment information is handled with the utmost security.
4. Payment Held in Trust:
Your payment will be securely held in trust for 10 business days following delivery, allowing you sufficient time to thoroughly inspect the item. This process ensures your funds remain fully protected during the inspection period.
5. Item Delivery:
Upon delivery, we kindly ask that you carefully inspect the machine or equipment to ensure it meets your expectations. You are encouraged to take sufficient time to verify its condition, functionality, and overall compliance.
The item is delivered with all applicable documentation required within the European Union, including registration papers where applicable, and valid insurance coverage for the initial delivery period.
6. Item Inspection:
Upon delivery, we invite you to carefully inspect the machine or equipment. Please take the necessary time to verify that it meets your expectations.
7. Satisfaction Guaranteed:
If, following inspection, the machine or equipment does not meet your expectations, you may return it at our expense. A full refund will be issued within 24 hours, and the return process will be handled entirely by our logistics team. We will arrange collection and transport of the item back to our facility or to an alternative buyer.
8. Finalization of Purchase:
Once the inspection period has been successfully completed and the sale is confirmed, ownership of the machine or equipment is formally transferred to the buyer. All paperwork and proof of purchase are provided through the official sales invoice, which serves as confirmation of ownership.
9. Enjoy Your Item:
